He has a 25-year career working in large multinational consumer goods, chemical products, and corporate intelligence companies. In addition, Paulo was a leader at an International Reinsurance Broker before taking over CTLA, accumulating nearly 15 years of experience in medium and large corporate property insurance.
Paulo holds various certifications in Insurance and Reinsurance. He graduated in Social Communication and Business Administration, has an MBA in Marketing, and a Master's in Management and Corporate Strategy from UTS in Australia.
